EULA

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legally binding contract between you and CO CO HI TECH LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) that governs your use of any software, applications, digital tools, or related content developed and distributed by CO CO HI TECH LLC (collectively referred to as the “Software”).

By downloading, installing, or using any Software provided by CO CO HI TECH LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the Software and should uninstall or delete it from your device immediately.

Applicability

This agreement covers all software and applications developed by CO CO HI TECH LLC unless a specific product comes with its own separate terms that override this document.

License Rights

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to install and use the Software strictly for your own private, non-commercial purposes, provided you comply fully with this agreement.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Software and all associated intellectual property rights belong exclusively to CO CO HI TECH LLC and are protected under relevant laws. You are prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, reverse engineering, or creating derivative works of the Software unless you have obtained explicit written permission from us.

Prohibited and Restricted Activities

By using our Software, you agree that you will not:

Participate in activities such as financial fraud, identity theft, hacking, phishing, digital piracy, or any other illegal or criminal behavior, including generating an excessive amount of automated requests.
Promote or engage in harassment, threats, stalking, or any kind of discriminatory or hateful conduct.
Send unsolicited messages, including spam, bulk emails, or hate speech.
Use unauthorized payment methods, such as stolen credit cards or other fraudulent means.
Upload, download, or share any form of child pornography.
Transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful software designed to damage or disrupt systems.
Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation or security of the Software.
Attempt to access accounts, systems, or networks without permission.
Employ third-party tools or software to manipulate or interfere with the Software.
Violate or try to bypass any part of these Terms.

Software Updates and Changes

From time to time, we may introduce updates, improvements, or changes to the Software. These updates might install automatically or require you to take action. By continuing to use the Software following any update, you accept and agree to the updated terms and conditions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

We make no warranties, either express or implied, about the Software, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Software are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from your use of the Software, including any loss of data or harm to your device, whether such damages are expressed or implied.

Limitation of liabilities

You expressly agree that under no circumstances shall we—or our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, vendors, distributors, third-party licensors, or service providers—be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, or exemplary damages. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the Software or $30, whichever is less. In jurisdictions where such limitations or exclusions are not allowed, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CO CO HI TECH LLC and its affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, contractors, employees, directors, agents, suppliers, licensors, service providers, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from: (i) your use of our Software; (ii) your violation or breach of any part of these Terms; and (iii) any harm, whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, that you cause to third parties in connection with your use of the Software, including any infringement of third-party rights.

Termination

This EULA remains valid until it is terminated. You may terminate it at any time by discontinuing your use of the Software and removing it from your device. We reserve the right to terminate this agreement immediately if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes related to this EULA will be resolved exclusively in the courts located within Georgia.

Entire Agreement

This EULA represents the full and final agreement between you and CO CO HI TECH LLC concerning your use of the Software and overrides any previous agreements or understandings.
